Location : MF Norwegian School of Theology, Oslo

Lecturers: Jim Spickard (University of Redlands, CA), Pål Repstad (UiA), Liv Ingeborg Lied (MF/Oslo), Trine Anker (MF/Oslo) and Geir Afdal (MF/Oslo), with responses by Jan-Olav Henriksen (MF/Oslo), Anders Aschim (Volda) and Ingunn Moser (Diakonhjemmet/Oslo)

The course had 11 registered participants, but some had to cancel due to illness and others could only participate partially. The course dealt with questions of religion in everyday practices and its consequences for theoretical approaches to studying religion. The participants also prepared a paper relating their own project to the topic, and these were discussed. Both participants and lecturers were very happy with a positive and useful course.(3ECTS)
