Lecturers: Stephen Pattison (University of Birmingham), Harald Askeland (Diakonhjemmet), Arne Carlsen (BI Norwegian Business School) and Hilde Thygesen (Diakonhjemmet)

The course brought together five participants who, together with the lecturers, explored various studies and approaches to the role of values in the practice of professionals. The course consisted of both lectures and group discussions concerning the participants' own research projects in relation to the themes that the course touches upon. The course was very positively evaluated by the participants, underlining especially the high academic level and the fruitful informal tone of the course.
